The First Berserker: Khazan Adds Immortal Fury Set to Celebrate Anniversary

The First Berserker: Khazan, the action RPG set in the Dungeon Fighter Online universe, is celebrating its one year anniversary, but instead of expecting flowers and a nice dinner out, it's giving its players a gift. All players will get a an anniversary armor and weapon set called Immortal Fury that includes the Greatsword of Chronicles, Dual Wield of Immortal Adamantine, and Sanguine Vanguard Spear. "I poured my heart into making Khazan, telling myself that this would be the game I stake my entire career on, leaving absolutely nothing in the tank. By the time we launched in 2025, I truly believed I had given every last ounce of energy I had. But then, so many of you showed up. You played the game, you shared your honest thoughts, and you cheered us on," Creative Director Junho Lee shared on Steam. "Because of all of that, not just me but the entire dev team found ourselves filled with even more energy than we spent building the game in the first place. Now, more than ever, we're driven by a single heartfelt desire - to create something even better, something even more fun for all of you to enjoy." According to the makers of the game, The First Berserker: Khazan has seen 273,804,045 players die in the game. Players who don't die in combat most often die from falling, followed by status effects and then traps, and the deadliest boss is Viper. "We're working hard to bring you even more to enjoy - it's the least we can do for a community that has given us so much, continued Lee. "We're pouring ourselves into it with genuine excitement, truly hoping from the bottom of our hearts that you'll love what's to come." Our reviewer gave The First Berserker: Khazan an 8, deeming it a "a brutal but impressive soulslike that makes pushing through its devastating bosses worth the effort."
