P5R Collab Items Pricing Error & Refund Process
Hello Lumia Island Survivors,Thank you so much for your support today after the release of our P5R collab!While processing purchases after today's 10.3 Update, we identified an error in pricing on Steam in some language environments.Unfortunately, this pricing error lasted for about 30 minutes before being fixed.As a result, we will be carrying out refunds to accounts that were charged the incorrect amount and retrieving the items received.Following this measure, Collection rewards and conditions will also be reset for said accounts.Due to the number of refunds that need to be issued, this process may take some time.Additionally, account access may be temporarily restricted for said accounts in order to process refunds.We want to sincerely apologize for not being able to provide a smooth collab release.And once again, we would like to thank you for your patience and support while we work on this.
