This quest features two different puzzles to complete that shouldn't take long if you know the solutions. The first one is an offering puzzle, while the latter will test your memory. A plaque appears after the cutscene. If you notice the plague, you'll find the names of the Gods of the Trolls. Defeat it, and you can loot the Bloodvein Clot. Once you're done with these simple fights, return to the plaque and put the Bonecarapace Fangs in the Left Vase. Next, put the Bloodbein Cloth in the Right Vase. A misty gate will open that allows you to move to the next room. Here, you'll find the next puzzle, and there are nine discs of different colors and symbols. If you select the disc in the middle, you'll turn into a frog. So how do you solve this puzzle? If you exclude the disc in the middle, you'll find that the remaining eight discs are in pairs. The pairs have identical colors and symbols. To solve the puzzle, you have to pick the symbols to match them together. This will require a few trial and errors, and yes, the order of the discs is random. The same rule follows for all the remaining discs as well. The method gets easier the more pairs you complete. Once the puzzle is solved, speak with Arator to finish teh quest.
