Fix: when loading save over save from pause menu there was issue which could prevent loading all devices as it failed on parsing the subnet CIDR

Fix: Customer bases with other than the basic switch were not working because of configuration issue on the ports

Fix: EOL times were broken in last update, auto repaired on load

Improved: when holding to override position you get red warning message

Fix: Technician dispatcher queue worked only for broken devices not EOL devices
