Celebrating 8 years of Hunt!

Hunters, we are thrilled to celebrate the huge milestone of eight years of Hunt with you! Hunt owes its success to you, the community. Over the years, we've witnessed Bileweavers infest the bayou in Web of the Empress, the alluring Circus compound in Post Malone's Murder Circus Encore, the evolving Hunter in Serpent Moon, Rotjaw in Tide of Shadows, and more! Hunt transformed with Update 2.0, expanding our world out into the Rocky Mountain ranges of Colorado with the introduction of our newest map, Mammon’s Gulch, as well as the all-new and upgraded CRYENGINE. Throughout 2025, we have seen new mechanics like Tarot Cards that give you access to exciting powers, the Corrupted Circus compound making a comeback with new things to discover, and some huge names streaming during the last Event, including the one and only Post Malone. Other focuses were game health updates, the awesome Community Events where you worked together to unlock rewards, and the addition of the new Flame Rifle in the new year! Hunt has a bright future ahead, with the “Inferno” Wildcard Condition, new social features, and some big in-game Events all coming later this year. We look forward to sharing more information on upcoming updates soon! To celebrate eight spectacular years, we have a massive giveaway (more details coming soon), a video compiling your best moments over the years, and a brand-new Weapon Skin Contest! Read on below for more information! Thanks to all that sent in videos, as well as Community Wrap-Up submissions. We had so many amazing submissions that we couldn't fit them all into one video, so we’ll be sharing more throughout the year. You have blown us away with your creativity and love for the game—from the bottom of our hearts, we would just like to say thank you for being with us for the past eight years. Celebrating 8 years of Hunt!

Hunters,

we are thrilled to celebrate the huge milestone of eight years of Hunt with you!
