Everyone, THANK YOU so much for the fantastic support of Crisol's launch. We love to see the detailed reviews, both positive and negative. This feedback is helping the dev team work on patches and updates to the game that will arrive soon.We have noted a few bug reports, one of which we are deploying a hotfix for very soon. It is related to people that played the demo on Steam, which seems to be interfering with some save files and causing a freeze. If you experience a freeze or black screen while loading a save, and played the demo, here is a solution while we test the hotfix:• Enable viewing hidden folders in Windows.• Disable Steam Cloud temporarily (until after the first autosave).• Go to: [c]C:\\Users\\YOURUSERNAME\\AppData\\Local\\CRToiPrototype\\Saved\\SaveGames[/c]• Replace YOURUSERNAME with the actual Windows username.• Delete everything inside that folder.After the first autosave is created in the game, Steam Cloud can be enabled again if the want it.Please keep the feedback coming, and let us know if you have any questions!
