Accordingly, we would like to clarify our position on the issues currently being raised and provide details on the newly finalized YMIR Cup participation rules below.■ Proper Operation of Partner’s Servers and Responsible Use of AuthorityPartners bear significant responsibility for promoting activity within their Partner's Servers and resolving disputes. They must carry out their responsibilities in accordance with the Partner Program Terms of Use and our Game Operation Policy. Partners are expected to recognize that all members of their server are part of the same Partner's Server community and make every effort to coordinate opinions fairly and responsibly.However, in light of concerns raised by the community regarding potential misuse of the authority granted to partners, we would like to emphasize the following.Avoid Improper Use of Authority in Competitive Content: At its core, Legend of YMIR is a game centered on competition between factions. Using partner authority, including power to ban, to restrict users simply because they belong to an opposing faction or are not part of a clan or group favored by the partner, even under the pretext of mediating server disputes, may constitute an abuse of authority. Please note that if such conduct is identified, appropriate measures may be taken following a thorough investigation.Do Not Infringe on Participation Rights: In regular Server Battles and other content, using partner authority to revoke participation eligibility without reasonable grounds, or using coercive actions to prevent users from participating normally, infringes on the rights of server members and must be strictly avoided.Use Authority Responsibly and Inclusively: The YMIR Cup is an esports festival for all warriors of Legend of YMIR to enjoy together. Coordinating forces within a Partner's Server in pursuit of victory is an important role of the partner. However, such coordination must never develop into excessive or coercive use of authority in regular Server Battles, internal PvP, or other content.■ Thorough Investigation of Intentional Disruption During YMIR Cup MatchesThe YMIR Cup is a global esports event where warriors of Legend of YMIR demonstrate the results of their dedication and effort.Nevertheless, we have identified signs of intentional disruptive gameplay, including deliberately attacking allied players from the same server during a match for the sole purpose of causing that server to be eliminated. Such conduct directly contradicts the sportsmanship and spirit of fair competition at the heart of the YMIR Cup. It also constitutes a serious act of interference that prevents many warriors from participating normally in esports content. Please take this matter seriously and ensure that such conduct is not repeated.■ Finalized Rules for Participating Clans from Partner's Servers in the YMIR CupTo preserve the intended spirit of the YMIR Cup and establish proper sportsmanship, we have finalized the rules for selecting participating clans from Partner's Servers as follows.Unlike general servers, Partner's Servers will allow the partner to coordinate opinions within the server and make the best possible selection in pursuit of the server’s victory.Eligible Clans: Five clans selected by the partner from among the top 10 clans in the Clan Growth Power Rankings of the Partner's ServerApplication Date: Following an internal review of the submitted reasons and supporting grounds, the selected clans will be applied starting with the YMIR Cup Semifinals on May 29 (Fri).Validity Period: Once the participating roster has been finalized, it will remain fixed through the end of YMIR Cup Season 2.※The submission period will be strictly enforced. Any submissions received after the designated deadline will be automatically excluded from review.
