Noun Town is leaving Early Access ????
Noun Town is leaving Early Access ????When we launched Noun Town in Early Access back in November 2023, we said we'd be in EA for three months to a year. It's been a bit longer than that - and honestly, thank you for sticking with us.We used that time well to deliver on all of our Full Release guidance. Here's what we shipped:Grew from 6 languages to 12, adding Korean, Russian, Greek, Spanish (MX), Egyptian Arabic, and the ability to learn English from your native languageBuilt out LINK (in Settings), syncing your progress across the Noun Town ecosystemAdded full Steam Deck supportKept expanding the world with new content like no-speech input, furigana for Japanese learners, achievements, added progress tracking, and hundreds of bug fixes and quality of life improvementsNone of this would have happened without the players who bought in early, left reviews, posted in the forums, and joined our Discord. You shaped what Noun Town became.Since we started, over 200,000 people have played across the Noun Town ecosystem. We've picked up 3 awards and 7 nominations, been featured in The Guardian, TheGamer, and two IGN showcases, and even been selected for a Steam "Daily Deal". For an indie language learning game, that still blows our minds. We also launched Noun Town for Schools - bringing the same approach to classrooms. If you know a teacher who'd find it useful, send it their way.Leaving Early Access doesn't mean we're done. The Noun Town ecosystem is something we're continuing to think about and grow. With that we're delighted to announce a change to the LINK feature...Keep up to date with your revision on-the-go with LINK????After linking your account on our website you can now access your SRS via an internet browser. This means you can revise what you've learnt, anytime, on your mobile phone / tablet / PC / Mac OUTSIDE of the Noun Town game.Thank youuuuuu! The Noun Town Team
