Known Issues after 4/30 Scheduled Update
Hello, this is Project Moon.We would like to inform you of known issues identified in Ver. 1.104.0, updated on April 30th.Please refer below for more information.[ Known Issues ]▶ An issue in "Reflectrial][lairtcelfeR" where, if the boss unit has entered Phase 2, the game fails to respond when battle is resumed with the subsequent Team Loadout※ We are currently investigating the cause of this issue.We will provide additional details via a separate notice once we have determined the cause and the means of resolving this issue.▶ An issue where, in the Nocturnal Sweeping BokGak Reward Exchange menu, a certain reward item is shown and exchanged in incorrect numbers and rates※ Relevant Item: [Season 7] Egoshard CrateA temporary measure has been implemented after 4/30 14:03. (KST)Please note that even though the item's exchange rate is shown as "x1" in the UI text, you will receive 5 crates upon exchanging it.※ For Managers who have exchanged the item between 4/30 12:00 ~ 4/30 14:03, please note that we will be providing the correct amount of the said reward item in the future based on its mismatched quantity.We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
