Introducing Core Keeper’s Explorer’s Guide

We’ve been working on something special, Explorers! We’re excited to reveal Core Keeper’s official Explorer’s Guide – a handy, digital guide for new and returning Explorers to get to grips with all things Core Keeper.Featuring over 100 hand-drawn illustrations, the Explorer’s Guide covers everything from the very start of your adventure all the way to late-game content and the more technical side of things (like dedicated servers). Within, you’ll find a wealth of information on the underground, as well as tips, tricks, lore, developer comments, community input, advice from our ambassadors, and more. Remember the days when boxed games used to come with little guidebooks? Well, this is our love letter to those guidebooks…ramped up to 100!The Explorer’s Guide is a labour of love from all of us here at Pugstorm, the folks over at Fireshine games, Core Keeper’s community manager, and the talented Matt Hill who illustrated the entire document. The current iteration of the guide contains key information all the way up to Void & Voltage, and we’ll be updating it alongside each major update.Pick up your copy of the Explorer’s Guide here, alongside fun bonus content such as original concept art and official key art. New players can also pick up the guide as part of the Explorer’s Edition Steam Bundle, which includes Core Keeper on Steam, the Explorer’s Guide, and the Core Keeper OST. To find your Explorer’s Guide digital artbook for Core Keeper, please follow the steps below:

Open Steam and go to your Library.
  1. Right-click Core Keeper.
  2. Click “Manage.”
  3. Click “Browse Local Files.”
