Featuring engaging narrative events and a landscape that remains challenging even after conquering a large portion of the land, this giant-sized map will be a true joy for exploration fans who love spending months in a single run!PrisonersNext up is a scenario called Prisoners! This fast-paced, story-driven map tells the tale of commanders who went missing in the woods, offering a quick, entertaining experience for players who enjoy recruiting new heroes through unorthodox means. Arriving shortly after The Mysterious Island, Prisoners serves as a brisk, refreshing adventure after a massive run on the Island.Broken AllianceLast but not least is a classic every veteran will recognize: for the third time in Heroes history, Broken Alliance makes its grand return! First capturing players’ hearts in Heroes II and winning over a new audience in Heroes VI, this beloved medium-sized map features one simple objective: conquer the allies who turned their backs on you. With no story distractions or scripted events, it delivers pure thrill of battle as you claim the land for yourself!Refreshed and visually enhanced, Broken Alliance is currently in its final stages of developmemt and will arrive alongside Prisoners. Moving forward, we plan to bring back even more classic skirmish maps based on your feedback!UI & AI Enhancements, Teams and New Random Map SetupWe are continuing our work on Teams/Alliances and Advanced Random Map Generator features, along with ongoing UI updates (such as the new Necromancy UI introduced in Patch #11). Part of this process includes an updated Random Map Generator setup screen, as well as the Work in Progress look of allied exchange screen, which we're excited to share today.These changes will arrive later in Q3 of this year! We are also aware of current issues with CPU Opponents and encourage you to keep sending reports via our Discord, Steam Boards, or in-game using the F1 button. Reporting in-game sends us a direct save file, which makes investigating the problem much easier!The Future is Bright!The upcoming months are packed with exciting content! With new maps right around the corner and both the expanded Random Map Generator and Alliances mode on the way, a whole new realm of possibilities will soon open up to PvE players!All of this is possible thanks to your unending support, for which we are incredibly grateful!
